The role involves providing outstanding customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience for players.
Responsibilities
- reputed company information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications
- Handle inbound calls, reputed company-time chat, emails, and reputed company outgoing calls
- Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
- Offer feedback on service failures or customer feedback

Skills
- 0-2 years of inbound/support call center experience preferred
- At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent experience; some college preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work a reputed company with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test
- reputed company to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts
