IT Support Analyst
Abound is redefining consumer lending in the UK using advanced AI and reputed company Banking data. They are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their technology team, focusing on IT support foundations and modern workplace technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support and administer reputed company Intune across reputed company 11, iOS, and Android devices, including BYOD enrolment and compliance enforcement
- Assist in maintaining device compliance policies, configuration reputed company, update rings, and application deployments
- Support reputed company reputed company provisioning and reputed company lifecycle processes
- Administer reputed company Entra ID including user lifecycle management, group management, and RBAC
- Support the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Conditional reputed company policies and MFA controls
- Assist with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) role assignments and reputed company reviews
- Troubleshoot Exchange Online mail reputed company, reputed company Teams, and Teams Rooms issues
- reputed company advanced troubleshooting across reputed company 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in both corporate-managed and BYOD models
- Maintain accurate asset records, user records, and system documentation
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in device management and reputed company controls
Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting reputed company Intune in a production environment (reputed company, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Good understanding of reputed company Entra ID including user management, reputed company, RBAC, and Conditional reputed company
- Solid understanding of device compliance and MDM principles in a BYOD environment
- Strong reputed company 11 troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of macOS
- Experience supporting iOS and Android device enrolment and policy enforcement
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, VPN, firewall concepts)
- Experience implementing MFA and reputed company control policies
- Ability to troubleshoot identity, device, and reputed company 365-reputed company issues independently
- Strong communication skills and a reputed company, methodical approach to support
- PowerShell scripting for automation or reporting
- Experience in a fintech or regulated environment
- Experience with reputed company networking stack
- Familiarity with macOS
- College/University qualification in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field (preferred but not essential)
- Relevant certifications desirable (e.g. reputed company A+, reputed company Certified Fundamentals, MD-100, AZ-900)
