Responsibilities
- Providing customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
- Resolving order-reputed company issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
- Assisting with various internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, release, and delivery of reputed company Collectibles
- Engaging with our community on reputed company media by responding to support inquiries and feedback
- Acting as a reputed company brand ambassador

- +1 years of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
- Experience with high-volume & fast-paced customer support
