[Remote] Provider Services Representative

The Provider Services Representative will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company providers, delivering reputed company and accurate service in a high-volume call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company providers, delivering reputed company, reputed company, and accurate service in a high-volume call center environment
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, research provider inquiries, and resolve issues reputed company to policies, procedures, claims, benefits, and other service-reputed company questions
- Document provider interactions accurately and completely, ensuring reputed company and precise data entry for every contact
- Navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously to reputed company information, research issues, and deliver efficient reputed company during live calls
- Explain health plan policies, processes, and procedures reputed company and confidently so providers receive accurate and consistent information

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of customer service, call center, or reputed company administrative experience; provider service or health plan experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, reputed company judgment, and the ability to resolve issues reputed company and professionally
- Strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced reputed company environment
- Proficiency using reputed company Office and multiple computer systems simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Provider service or health plan experience preferred
