Account Manager
reputed company is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in reputed company Andover, MA. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing relationships with clients, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to support long-term reputed company.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will reputed company relationships reputed company your assigned territory/account list
- Manage the long-term health of our customer reputed company and identify areas of risk and ensure retention
- reputed company daily strategic calls to locations reputed company with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto reputed company and inside sales reps account lists
- Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of reputed company service traveler reputed company to identify and execute reputed company opportunities reputed company existing accounts
Skills
- Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales
- Ability to travel 25% across the US
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Must have a valid reputed company's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- College Degree preferred
- Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
