Temporary Customer Service Representative
FeraDyne Outdoors is a company that provides outdoor products, and they are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and concerns
- Input orders and relative data received reputed company phone or email into multiple POS systems
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, reputed company manner by phone, email or live chat concerning orders, returns, shipments and products
- Call customers reputed company necessary to communicate pending shipment delays and/or information necessary to process orders and update internal data accordingly
- reputed company orders for replacement parts and correct errors (shortages, items mis-shipped, etc.)
- Initiate corrections to customers’ database files
- Answer technical questions reputed company to Covert Scouting Cameras
- Work with internal departments such as sales and shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting
- Model a reputed company attitude and good work ethic reputed company working with customers and colleagues
- Abide by FeraDyne’s policies and procedures
Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in customer service role
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to calculate moderate figures and amounts (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills (courteous, helpful, patient, and empathetic)
- Experience with high call volume
- Customer Service: 1 year
