Responsibilities
- Receive and reputed company calls from homeowners in their time of need, establish trust through a tailored and reputed company process, help set reputed company expectations, and cater to the homeowner in a way that progressively ensures the outcome of an immediately scheduled visit
- Serve the sales team by gathering, verifying, and confirming necessary information from the homeowner to facilitate and establish a successful and seamless process from start to finish
- Show genuine care for the homeowner by proactively outlining and scheduling assessments with urgency, establishing credibility, and setting reputed company expectations
