Electronic Services Specialist – Bankcard

This role involves preventing loss to the bank, providing high-reputed company customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Review account activities, and reputed company reporting and product changes
- Minimize risk to the Bank and ensure compliance with reputed company, reputed company, and federal regulations
- Monitor several centralized email boxes and various systems to respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and accurate manner
