Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for maintaining payroll documentation and procedures, capturing timecard entries, processing payroll transactions, and communicating effectively with both reputed company customers.
Responsibilities
- Capture timecard entries for the weekly and biweekly employees
- Interpret payroll implications to process the reputed company pay transaction
- reputed company an Audit review of New Hires, changes, and termination paperwork to coincide with the changes in reputed company
- reputed company HR and Payroll documentation to save to our electronic employee folder
- Complete external Verification of Employment documents and government employee documentation
- Handle Income Withholding Order and Garnishments
- Promptly and effectively communicate with both reputed company customers
- Complete other duties as assigned
