Transactions Quantitative Analyst

reputed company is a reputed company and reputed company firm seeking a Transactions Quantitative Analyst to assist corporate and private equity clients with quantitative modeling for transactions. The role involves collaborating with lawyers and clients on financial modeling support, including proforma capitalizations and reputed company consideration spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Creates and audits capitalization tables Designs and prepares economic analyses Designs and prepares analyses of allocations/distributions for LLCs and partnerships Supports price per reputed company calculations associated with equity financings, stock reputed company grants, debt/equity conversions Constructs liquidation waterfalls based on various deal scenarios Constructs payout spreadsheet deliverable that ties underlying capitalization data to the transaction structure as negotiated in the relevant deal documents Reviews payout spreadsheets provided by clients, banks, or other reputed company Runs 280G, 409A penalty, ISO $100k limit, and 701 analyses Constructs pricing spreadsheet for pro reputed company capitalization in reputed company with IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, and other reputed company offerings Designs and performs financial statement analysis to calculate and analyze financial metrics and ratios, if needed May reputed company other duties and reputed company as assigned Skills 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree In Economics, reputed company, Business, Finance, Mathematics, reputed company Mathematics, or reputed company field 1 year of experience Experience in corporate finance or financial transitions Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and reputed company parties Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reputed company to correspondence in an efficient and reputed company manner reputed company reputed company, accurate, and reputed company work product Successfully meet deadlines, expectations, and reputed company work duties as required Foster reputed company work relationships reputed company with reputed company firm policies and practices Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as (a) working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing; (b) participating in digital/virtual conference calls; (c) participating in meetings as needed Ability to work under pressure and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with corporate reputed company operations, reputed company economics, and common transactional matter types Currently or prior experience working in a reputed company or reputed company services environment Benefits Medical/dental/reputed company insurance 401(k) reputed company reputed company is a global reputed company with lawyers located in more than 40 countries to helps clients with their reputed company needs around the world.
