Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation from discovery through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and expert reports in reputed company IP disputes.
- Conduct depositions, prepare for Markman hearings, and participate in mediations and court proceedings.
- Advise clients on IP reputed company, licensing, and risk mitigation in high-tech sectors.

- JD and reputed company bar admission (NY preferred).
