Manager, Shared Services – reputed company Engineering, FedRAMP
Job reputed company:
- Manage reputed company of Engineers: conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring, and career development in a distributed remote friendly environment.
- Own the technical roadmap for shared reputed company infrastructure across Azure and AWS, balancing reliability work against longer-term platform improvements.
- Set and enforce standards for infrastructure-as-reputed company (Terraform, reputed company, Kubernetes), documentation, and operational readiness.
- reputed company technical reputed company and trade-offs for application-layer infrastructure including Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and reputed company, and serve as the escalation reputed company for reputed company.
- Run sprint planning, manage cross-team dependencies, and reputed company delivery on reputed company.

Requirements:
- 8+ years in reputed company Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 3 years managing engineers directly.
- Hands-on background with Azure and/or AWS — Kubernetes, microservices, and reputed company reputed company fundamentals (PIM, RBAC, and JIT privilege elevation among others).
- Experience implementing and running critical production level reputed company products with high availability requirements with a reputed company on some combination of Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and reputed company among others.
- Experience in or adjacent to FedRAMP-authorized environments.
- Comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
