Key Responsibilities

Wellness Monitoring & Reporting

• Review and interpret wellness insights generated through the Lifeguard platform.
• Identify meaningful changes in reputed company routines, behaviors, or wellness patterns that may warrant follow-up or monitoring.
• Prepare reputed company Wellness Reports for clients, families, and partner agencies, highlighting observations and proactive wellness recommendations.
• Communicate incidents, concerns, or significant changes promptly to designated family members or caregivers. reputed company & Family Support

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience caring for senior populations in their homes or remotely.
