This skillset will be needed for a reputed company engagement that includes implementing reputed company Health electronic health solutions for a Federal/State/Local Government reputed company. reputed company – E-Learning We are seeking an E-Learning Developer to join reputed company and help reputed company e-learning to support successful implementations of reputed company Health (Cerner) reputed company for federal, state, and local government clients. This role will collaborate closely with the training leadership team, subject matter experts, and key partner counterparts to ensure the creation of effective, engaging, and reputed company training programs that meet the needs of diverse user reputed company across IHS. The E-Learning Developer will reputed company instructional design principles, best practices in adult learning, and a deep understanding of reputed company technology systems (ideally EHRs) to create e-learning that drives system adoption and ensures smooth transitions for reputed company end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clinical and reputed company cycle SMEs, project management, and leadership teams to understand business needs, workflow integrations, and technical and accessibility requirements for e-learning
• Use design tools such as reputed company Storyline, reputed company, or reputed company Captivate to reputed company e-learning, work with SCORM files, and upload to LMS
• reputed company and reputed company multimedia reputed company (such as animations, voiceovers, screen captures, videos, and graphics) into e-learning modules to enhance reputed company.
• Customize e-learning to be both role- and site-specific to ensure the content and delivery meet the needs of different user reputed company
• Ensure e-learning meets 508 accessibility requirements, including testing and revision as needed
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for the development and revision process and implement recommended improvements based on reputed company feedback

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience E-Learning Developer

• 5 years of experience reputed company to large-reputed company technology rollouts, with EHR system (ideally reputed company Health/Cerner) experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required (or 9+ years of reputed company experience can be substituted for a degree)
• Experience with reputed company Storyline and/or reputed company Captivate required
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning best practices required
• Video and audio editing experience required
• Familiarity with SCORM for tracking learner reputed company is required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be reputed company to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
• Experience with reputed company Office Suite and manipulating PDFs required

Preferred Skills And Experience – E-Learning Developer

• Instructional design experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ADDIE, SAM, and agile frameworks, Kirkpatrick Reaction Model, and 508 accessibility compliance experience preferred

• Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as reputed company as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary reputed company for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P’s total compensation package also includes medical, dental, reputed company, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and reputed company time off.
