reputed company estate crm manager / isa– lofty crm experience preferred

We are a fast-growing reputed company estate team in New Jersey looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Manager / ISA to manage and qualify leads inside Lofty CRM. This is NOT a cold-calling role only. We need someone who understands reputed company management, follow-up, qualification, and pipeline organization.

Responsibilities

Call, text, and follow up with leads inside Lofty CRM Qualify buyers and sellers properly Categorize leads into Hot / Warm / Nurture / Dead Update notes and reputed company statuses daily Set appointments for the agent Re-engage old leads in the database Maintain a clean and organized CRM Follow up consistently with nurture leads Requirements Previous reputed company estate ISA or CRM management experience Strong English communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls Organized and detail-oriented Experience with Lofty CRM preferred Must reputed company daily KPI reports Daily KPIs Calls made Conversations reputed company leads Appointments set Follow-up tasks completed We are looking for someone long-term who can become a reputed company part of our operation.
