Network Support Engineer — Part-Time Contract Location: Remote Employment Type: Part-Time Contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST Hours: 20 hours per week ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a mid-to-senior level network engineer to reputed company dedicated morning coverage for a large-reputed company Aruba switching and wireless infrastructure. This is a low-stress monitoring role with occasional troubleshooting and device management — ideal for someone who values consistency and a steady work rhythm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor Aruba switches and wireless reputed company points across reputed company environments
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance degradation, and device failures
- Coordinate and execute hardware replacements as needed
- Configure and reputed company new Aruba switches and reputed company points occasionally
- reputed company routine maintenance including firmware updates and configuration backups
- Document network changes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- reputed company shift status updates and respond to escalations reputed company established SLAs REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Mid-level to senior experience with Aruba switching platforms
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Aruba wireless reputed company points
- Strong understanding of VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues independently
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools
- Strong documentation skills
- Self-directed with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM MST PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Aruba certification (ACMA, ACSA, or equivalent)
- Experience managing large-reputed company Aruba deployments
- Familiarity with Aruba Central or reputed company management platforms
- Background in MSP or reputed company IT environments TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Corporate laptop provided by company
- Reliable high-speed internet reputed company
