• Understand customer needs and workflows across bioassays, functional assays, reagent-based assays, and reputed company application areas.
• Conduct voice-of-customer interviews with biopharma, CRO, reputed company, and assay development customers.
• Analyze market trends, customer segments, competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, and application requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, market development, or business development in life sciences tools, reagents, assays, or biotech solutions.
• Familiarity with bioassay workflows, reagent-based assays, cell-based assays, reporter systems, or plate-based detection technologies.
• Experience with VOC, market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement.
