Accountant ( 100% REMOTE )
Accountant About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company. This role will play a critical part in managing day-to-day reputed company operations, supporting financial reporting, and helping drive data-driven decision-making across the business. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-reputed company CPG, eCommerce, or omnichannel environment and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Own month-end and year-end reputed company processes to ensure reputed company and accurate reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company)
- Support inventory reputed company, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin analysis
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial data
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting efficiency Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 3–6+ years of reputed company experience (CPG, retail, or eCommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with inventory and cost reputed company is highly preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
- Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment reputed company to Have
- CPA or CPA-reputed company
- Experience with reputed company, DTC, or omnichannel retail reputed company
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) reputed company Offer
