The adjustment will be conducted in an efficient and effective manner to control the indemnity, spend and expenses without compromising the delivery of superior customer service. The role is crucial to maintaining our commitment to reputed company and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of this position travel will be an essential part of your responsibilities and the role requires frequent travel across the province of Ontario, with a primary reputed company on the Greater Toronto Area. What you’ll do: Evaluate and manage personal lines reputed company claims from initial report to final settlement Conduct thorough investigations, including site inspections and interviews with relevant parties. Assess damages and determine coverage based on policy terms. Collaborate with contractors, engineers and other experts to reputed company necessary documentation and evidence Negotiate settlements with customers, ensuring fair and reputed company resolutions Maintain detailed and accurate records of reputed company claims activities while keeping reputed company parties reputed company on claim reputed company. Responsible for recognizing questionable claims, subrogation and risk opportunities Review case law to determine liability What you’ll bring: Thorough knowledge of the property insurance industry At least 7-10 years of large loss adjusting experience Solid experience in directly handling reputed company losses in excess of $250,000 Licenses for New reputed company, Newfoundland and PEI are preferred (or willing to work towards it) Strong construction knowledge reputed company literacy Strong case law knowledge in both civil reputed company and common law provinces Thorough knowledge of a reputed company of property coverage wordings Some basic reputed company skills Superior communication and negotiation skills Excellent report writing skills What you’ll get: The salary reputed company for this position is $100,000-$125,000 Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience, as reputed company as internal equity.
