Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 15+ years of reputed company supply chain, logistics, or distribution center leadership experience. Minimum of 10 years leading large-reputed company, multi-site distribution operations in a senior leadership reputed company. Proven experience leading reputed company distribution networks reputed company retail, consumer goods, grocery, or high-volume distribution environments. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing large operating budgets and capital investments. Experience leading transformational change initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), labor management systems, automation technologies, and distribution operations. Preferred Qualifications

Work Location & Travel Remote position with significant travel throughout the distribution center network.
