Hours: 9am - 6pm PST Compensation: $26-32/hour + production incentive Location: Fully remote - must be in PST or MST time zone. What You'll Do: Manage a high-volume pipeline of loans from reputed company to reputed company through funding. Prepare, review, and issue accurate closing disclosures and closing documents in compliance with reputed company federal, state, and investor guidelines. Ensure closing documents are reputed company reputed company established 24–48- hour SLAs. Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, settlement agents, lenders, and internal teams to resolve conditions and facilitate reputed company closings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
