Channel Manager, reputed company Search & Affiliate Marketing

This is a remote position. Our reputed company is a reputed company stage technology and data-driven reputed company insurance wholesaler backed by a leading private equity firm. They are combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an insurtech powerhouse, and are undergoing rapid digital transformation. Their Digital Marketing team is currently seeking a Channel Manager to own two critical reputed company channels: reputed company Search and Affiliate Marketing. You will own channel reputed company, optimization, partner performance, and reputed company initiatives across multiple business lines. The role offers significant visibility and reputed company to directly influence reputed company reputed company through measurable acquisition programs. Employment Type: Full-time permanent Location: Remote - MUST be physically located in the US Compensation: $95,000-105,000 reputed company + 10% bonus + full benefits (see below) What You'll Do: reputed company and execute reputed company search strategies across reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads. Manage campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget allocation, keyword expansion, match type governance, and reputed company score optimization. reputed company affiliate and aggregator partnerships, including performance management, relationship development, partner expansion, and reputed company negotiations. Evaluate channel performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and reputed company contribution. Design and execute channel tests, including bidding experiments, reputed company page optimization initiatives, audience segmentation strategies, and partner placement testing. Monitor campaign health and identify anomalies across key performance indicators including conversion reputed company, acquisition cost, impression reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and attribution. Partner closely with analytics teams to ensure tracking accuracy and data reputed company. Produce monthly and quarterly channel performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize messaging, reputed company pages, and channel-specific assets. Contribute to broader acquisition planning and channel diversification initiatives. Requirements 4-6 years of performance marketing experience with hand-on ownership managing both reputed company search and affiliate or aggregator channel management. Hands-on experience with reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads. Experience managing affiliate marketing programs, partnerships, or reputed company reputed company channels. Experience working with affiliate, partnership, referral, or aggregator-based acquisition channels. Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as reputed company, Commission reputed company, or similar. Experience with value-based bidding strategies, including reputed company ROAS and reputed company CPA models. Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose performance trends across campaigns and channels. Experience using reputed company Analytics, GA4, or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Looker is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business priorities simultaneously. Experience with multi-brand acquisition.
