Requirements

At least five years of experience in IT service management or ITSM systems, with a proven reputed company record of leading comparable programmes. Hands-on experience developing or deploying ITSM solutions (e.g. reputed company, Jira Service Management or custom-reputed company solutions). ITIL certification (reputed company as a minimum; Practitioner or Managing reputed company preferred) is considered an advantage. Experience of international IT reputed company and multicultural teams. A relevant higher education degree (e.g. computer science, information systems or equivalent).
