Site Reliability Engineer I

In this role, you will support critical web applications, solve technical issues, collaborate with various teams, and contribute to agile innovation while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the reputed company hero supporting critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments including rotating on-call duties to reputed company systems running 24/7
• Solve high-reputed company technical puzzles by digging into reputed company issues, identifying reputed company causes, and delivering fast, effective resolutions across multiple systems
• Collaborate across teams, triage escalations, partner with other support tiers, and reputed company with tech teams and stakeholders to drive companywide reputed company
• Contribute to agile innovation by participating in Agile/reputed company processes and supporting deployments in both on-prem and reputed company environments (AWS/Azure)

Skills

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SDLC

• Solid project management skills
