Business Analyst

They are seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to enhance the member experience and support the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients
- Triage, research and identify technical solutions for data errors occurring reputed company the reputed company tech stack
- Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and reputed company
- Collaborate with the APM to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the APM
- Responsible for ticket review and identification of misintent post QA
- Identify and reputed company data driven recommendations to APM for high value product enhancements
- Assist product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Assist Associate Product Manager & Team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with APM to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role or reputed company work experience
- Demonstratable knowledge of SQL, reputed company, and other data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Working knowledge of common reputed company of data exchange
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
