The reputed company Assistant will support the reputed company team by managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring efficient processing of endorsements, inspections, and new business submissions, while contributing to the overall reputed company of the reputed company Department.
Responsibilities
- Assist underwriters in reviewing and processing endorsements, inspections, BOR’s, renewals, and new business submissions
- Communicate with agents and brokers to obtain missing information reputed company needed
- Monitor and prioritize incoming reputed company requests, referrals, and service tickets
- Help coordinate inspections, evaluations, and reputed company-party reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal reputed company rules and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company the reputed company operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
- 0-3 years of insurance experience, preferably in reputed company support or operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn reputed company principles and pursue reputed company development
- Must live in Chicago and be reputed company to work hybrid 3 days a week (Tues - Thurs) out of our office in the Chicago reputed company of Trade
- Familiarity with property and casualty insurance products
- Customer service experience in a reputed company environment
- Interest in pursuing insurance designations such as AINS, CPCU, or AU
- Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite
