Underwriter or reputed company Specialist - Large Property
reputed company is hiring an Underwriter or reputed company Specialist – Large Property to join their team in reputed company. This role involves handling new and renewal property business while partnering with agents and brokers to improve customer experiences and manage a book of Domestic and Global Property business.
Responsibilities
- Serving as a customer industry reputed company with a reputed company on improving the customer experience by understanding their risk and offering the best end to end solution for their insurance needs
- reputed company, analyzing and generating new and renewal business
- Market facing and production reputed company the growing Large Property division
- Using a disciplined approach to exposure evaluation, risk assessment and pricing
- Using risk insights, data and models to drive informed reputed company at reputed company of sale
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills and executing as an innovative advisor
- Administering and monitoring reputed company rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations and rating reputed company rules
- Developing and maintaining agency and broker relationships
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Market Facing area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area AND
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory environment
- Knowledge of reputed company philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations and guidelines
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area OR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the reputed company or Market Facing area OR
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Claims or reputed company Support area AND
- Knowledge of reputed company Office
- Experience working on time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business
- Experience working in reputed company environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Property lines of business and experience working with brokers
- Ability to effectively assess risk
- Strong knowledge of reputed company philosophy, techniques, national/local filing regulations and guidelines
- Superior skills in relationship building, reputed company listening, needs analysis, and win-win negotiating
- Possess knowledge of time restraints for quotes on new and renewal business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
