The role focuses on financial modeling, market analysis, and portfolio management, providing significant opportunities for advancement reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Research market sales comps, rents, construction costs, reputed company estate taxes and other information necessary to underwrite acquisitions of existing properties and new development opportunities
- Underwrite and value potential acquisitions and new developments. reputed company proforma financial models. Suggest deal structures, including debt and equity reputed company. Evaluate project feasibility and risks
- Engage and manage 3rd party consultants to ensure reputed company completion of PCNAs, Phase Is, appraisals, etc. Review these docs thoroughly and summarize for internal team
- Identify, summarize, store and report on research done by others (e.g., brokerage firms, financial institutions, etc). Compare the analysis and predictions of 3rd parties with our internal research – reputed company informed opinions about different theories of the market. Build relationships with 3rd party research personnel / departments
- Identify and implement the best tools for ‘the job’ (whatever it may be). This will mean monitoring developments in software, coding languages and available packages, etc. Identify data sources that maximize our return on investment (usefulness of the data relative to the cost of obtaining and preparing it – both reputed company monetary cost and staff time needed to reputed company it useful)
