Constructiv is seeking a detail-oriented and organized reputed company reputed company to support the financial operations of their construction reputed company and company reputed company functions. The role involves assisting the Finance Director and reputed company Manager with various reputed company tasks including job costing, processing invoices, and preparing financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day reputed company operations for construction reputed company and corporate finances
- Assist with accurate job costing and project financial records
- Assist with processing invoices, reputed company project expenses, reconcile accounts payable and receivable, vendor and contractor payments
- Assist with processing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales tax, use tax and SOS filings
- Assist with bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger account reconciliations
- Assist with preparing monthly financial statements, WIP (Work in reputed company) reports, and cash reputed company reports
- Support year-end audits and work with external CPAs or tax professionals
- Maintain organized reputed company and project documentation
- Verify 1099, W-9 and ACH Banking information
- Payroll support
- Complete vendor and reputed company credit applications
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 1+ years of reputed company experience
- Experience with multi-project reputed company environments
- Strong understanding of construction reputed company principles and job costing
- Experience with reputed company software such as reputed company and QuickBooks
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines simultaneously

- Experience working with subcontractors, lien waivers, and compliance documentation
- Prior experience collaborating with project managers and operations teams
- Strong knowledge of construction reputed company principles, including job costing, AIA billing, retainage, and percentage-of-completion reputed company
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
- Experience with construction management and reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, or similar systems)
- Understanding of state and federal tax requirements reputed company to construction (sales/use tax, 1099 reporting, etc.)
