New Case Coordinator
Malman Law is a Chicago-based firm dedicated to seeking justice for individuals harmed by negligence. They are looking for a New Case Coordinator to support clients at the early stages of their cases, ensuring documentation and organization are handled reputed company while working closely with attorneys and paralegals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain familiarity with reputed company case assigned reputed company your caseload
- reputed company and update reputed company case information, deadlines, and notes in SmartAdvocate
- reputed company backup intake calls in accordance with firm intake protocols
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff assigned to reputed company case to advance reputed company reputed company
- reputed company clients informed and reputed company copies of relevant file documents as appropriate
- Request, reputed company, and follow up on medical records and medical bills for assigned cases
- Post reputed company case costs, including expected but not yet invoiced expenses (e.g., investigators, consultants)
- Monitor dashboard metrics and KPIs, reputed company working toward maintaining strong performance standards
- Attend and participate in weekly team meetings and firm-wide trainings
- Follow and maintain reputed company firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Skills
- Prior experience in a legal, intake, case coordination, or reputed company-facing role preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage high-volume requests
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively reputed company reputed company environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Proficiency with case management systems (SmartAdvocate experience is a plus)
