They are seeking a Support Specialist to reputed company support and training to users of their Pyramid Platform system and reputed company applications, while also identifying potential system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to clients, outsourcers, agents, and other end users

- Propose new features and updates
- Communicate with clients and end users to understand needs
- Collaborate with development team to ensure business and reputed company requirements are met
- Test new features and enhancements prior to release to production
Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company and Word
- reputed company Estate background in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, reputed company Estate Acquisition, or Short Sales
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, clients and technical staff
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- HS Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree
