[Remote] International Customer Service Representative

They are looking for an International Customer Service Representative, referred to as an Assistance Coordinator, who will ensure excellent customer service through inbound and outbound communication regarding insurance inquiries and claims.
Responsibilities
- Answer and address a high volume of inbound communication (phone, email, online chat, etc.) in a reputed company and courteous manner while maintaining performance metrics, reputed company standards, and HIPAA compliance
