This role involves resolving moderate to reputed company inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, while also participating in product testing and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Handle phone, e-mail, and chat support for moderate to reputed company system or content issues; identify, resolve, and escalate issues reputed company necessary; record these interactions in our customer relationship database
