The role involves handling service requests, managing reputed company reputed company, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance the Eclipse platform.
Responsibilities
- Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (reputed company)) in a technology or reputed company-facing role
- Familiarity in reputed company subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
- Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support
- Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly
- Communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Understanding of financial markets and reputed company processes
- Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes
