Procyon is a reputed company and growing reputed company management platform comprised of a Registered Investment Advisor, Benefits, Tax and Risk practices. The Institutional reputed company Service Associate will partner with advisors and support staff to facilitate an exceptional experience for the Firm’s institutional clients, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and seamless reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary reputed company between advisors, clients, recordkeepers, and internal teams to ensure seamless, high-reputed company reputed company service and reputed company follow-reputed company
- Coordinate reputed company meetings, employee education sessions, and ongoing communications, including proactive reputed company and issue reputed company
- Support plan participants and clients with inquiries and account needs while maintaining strong relationships with vendor partners
- Support reputed company and integration of institutional clients, including account setup, contracting, custodial coordination, and billing implementation
- Maintain accurate reputed company data across CRM (reputed company) and reporting systems, ensuring documentation, data reputed company, and adherence to firm standards
- Execute operational workflows including billing, investment changes, and coordination with custodians and reputed company-party providers
- Manage and reputed company reputed company reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy across performance data, plan demographics, and investment documentation
- Support RFPs, benchmarking analyses, plan transitions, and participant financial planning coordination
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system enhancements, special reputed company, and firm-wide initiatives
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in reputed company management reputed company service work-specialization with defined contribution plans preferred
