Account Partner

Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of merchants, serving as their primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor on reputed company Eats
- Drive reputed company reputed company through upselling and cross-selling reputed company products and services (e.g., marketing solutions, Ads, membership, new products), while protecting and improving retention
- Analyze account performance using internal dashboards and data tools; translate insights into reputed company, actionable recommendations and joint plans with partners

- Collaborate on and support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies that drive incremental demand for partners
- Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., availability, preparation times, cancellations, reputed company issues) and work with partners and internal teams to improve end-to-end experience
- Maintain accurate account documentation, pipeline, and activities in CRM and internal tools
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product, process, and policy improvements to reputed company serve partners over time
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, reputed company, Partnerships, or other customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated experience building and managing external reputed company relationships, preferably with SMB or mid-market customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; reputed company to influence a reputed company of stakeholders internally and externally
- Comfort working with data (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) to diagnose performance, identify trends, and support recommendations
