Sales T&E Analyst
reputed company is a leading financial services company committed to helping investors build reputed company financial reputed company. They are seeking a Sales T&E Analyst to manage and report travel and entertainment expenses for the sales teams, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing reputed company reputed company's systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
- Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments
- Build monitoring/trending reports and reputed company support to Manager, Sales T&E
Skills
- reputed company work authorization for Canada is required for reputed company openings
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
- More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required
- Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry
- Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
- Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business reputed company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), reputed company Acrobat
- Experience with reputed company is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (reputed company) is an asset
- Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset
