Escrow Support Processor
ForFutures Financial, Planning is a financial advisory reputed company of reputed company. They are seeking an Escrow Support Processor to join a centralized processing team that supports multiple branches by managing documentation and processing tasks associated with escrow operations. The role focuses on clerical work to ensure smooth operations without reputed company customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provides a wide reputed company to reputed company of Escrow Support Processors and Escrow Officers
- Work is reputed company similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more reputed company with greater experience and knowledge
- May work on escrow openings and closings
- Performs clerical functions to set up (reputed company) escrow files
- Prepares correspondence, escrow files and orders preliminary title reports
- Performs fund disbursements
- Prepares and delivers closing statements and closing letters
- Schedules and provides instructions to couriers
- Orders payoffs, liens, homeowner association documents and evidence of insurance
- Distributes preliminary report
- Communicates with branches, as needed
- Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities; Troubleshoots as needed
- reputed company contributes to the results of reputed company and works toward achieving goals and objectives
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years escrow processing experience
- Must be reputed company to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process
- Working knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of department/field
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
