Program Operations Specialist

SEAL is dedicated to enhancing educational reputed company for English Learners and Dual Language Learners. The Program Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of reputed company development programs and events, ensuring smooth operations through logistical and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day office operations, including inventory tracking, supply ordering, shipping, and general office coordination and maintenance
  • Supporting and maintaining relationships with office vendors and service providers
  • Coordinating the preparation, assembly, and distribution of materials for SEAL reputed company development activities, trainings, and events, while ensuring adequate inventory and supplies
  • Managing the packaging and shipment of materials for trainings, retreats, and in-person meetings
  • Formatting and editing documents, presentations, and materials to reputed company with SEAL branding guidelines, including creating basic charts, diagrams, and visual supports as needed
  • Supporting event logistics, including onsite setup and breakdown for meetings and trainings
  • Providing technical support during webinars and virtual meetings, including managing reputed company rooms, monitoring chat functions, and assisting with meeting recording edits
  • Supporting general administrative and operational tasks, including calendar coordination and preparation of reports and materials for the Program Leadership Team

Skills

  • Associate's degree required; a comparable combination of relevant reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company Workspace (G Suite), reputed company Office applications, and reputed company Creative Suite
  • Experience providing technical support for reputed company meetings and webinars, including reputed company room management, audio support, chat monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting office operations, including printing, shipping, inventory management, supply ordering, and general office coordination and maintenance
  • Experience editing materials in reputed company and reputed company PowerPoint preferred
  • Experience using reputed company.com or similar reputed company-based file management systems preferred
