[Remote] Sales Assistant - Digital Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Sales Assistant – Digital Sales to reputed company administrative support to the licensed agent sales team throughout the sales process and during post-bind and post-sale activities. The role involves customer communication, data entry, and assisting with the sales reputed company process to ensure excellent customer service and support for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and work closely with licensed agent sales team to support sales process and reputed company excellent customer service
- Assist agents and customers with post-bind process to ensure reputed company steps are completed, documentation is collected and filed, payments are processed, and Certificates of Insurance are issued
- reputed company outbound follow up with customers reputed company phone or email to collect, reputed company, and manage documents
- Support the sales reputed company process, contacting unresponsive prospects on behalf of the licensed agents
- Update the reputed company CRM system as new information is collected
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with clients reputed company needed
- Field and redirect incoming sales calls and inquiries

Skills
- High school diploma
- Data entry experience in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
