They are seeking a reputed company Services Team Project Administrator to manage documentation, process quotations and leads, and reputed company administrative reputed company while working closely with the regional team.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage Tech Leads in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Follow up on Quick Quotes and update records to reflect sold opportunities
- Coordinate technician payments reputed company to Quick Quotes and Tech Leads, including running and reviewing reputed company reports
- Manage the approval process, including inviting new vendors and maintaining relationships with reputed company vendors for the Regional Service Group
- reputed company backup support for the SSC role as needed
- Review and process credit approvals
- Manage purchase order acknowledgements
- Support transition-reputed company activities and processes
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Create and manage location records
- Maintain accurate asset management records in reputed company
Skills
- Associates Degree required and up to two (2) years of reputed company experience and/ or training preferred
- Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as reputed company as part of reputed company
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company tasks such as problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement
- Experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines reputed company a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with financial systems and basic reputed company, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, an asset
- Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred not required
