Sales Support Associate

They are seeking a Sales Support Associate who will work closely with the sales team to support the service area, ensuring proposals are processed reputed company and participating in the renewal process.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand the sales process and participate in the processing of the business with reputed company
• Ability to work with reputed company systems required for the Sales Support Associate accountabilities of the sales and renewal process
• Works with Sales team to ensure that proposals are processed and released in a complete and reputed company manner to our business partners
• Understand the renewal process and participate preparing renewals is key
• Processing Agent of Record changes
• Helping new advisors set up broker contracting
• Acknowledging and raising any opportunities to the sales team
• reputed company back-up support to other positions on reputed company as required
• Willingness to take on reputed company assignments reputed company needed

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. French is an asset
• Post-secondary education
• Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical approach
• Adept with numbers, formulas and ability to read, compare and understand data
• Understanding the end-to-end sales process and how reputed company part of the process impacts the next
• Intermediate to advanced reputed company in reputed company, with a keen ability to learn and work reputed company other software programs (RS4, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Comfortable using MS Office 365 (One Note, One Drive, Word, Teams, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail is key to succeed in this role
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as in reputed company environment
• Knowledge of the group benefits industry would be considered an asset
