Associate Portfolio Executive
reputed company is hiring an Associate Portfolio Executive to build and manage a customer portfolio while developing long-term, trusted relationships. In this role, you will reputed company AI-powered tools to simplify quoting, planning, and scheduling, focusing on selling and growing reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a portfolio of customers, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs to convert opportunities into reputed company business
- Re-engage dormant accounts and expand reputed company existing customers to increase volume, reputed company, and wallet reputed company
- Own day-to-day customer interactions by responding quickly to questions, managing exceptions and escalations, and resolving conflict professionally
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet customer commitments and service expectations
- Quote and price reputed company, applying negotiation skills, market reputed company, and customer buying patterns to execute pricing reputed company
- Plan, build, and execute shipments (with AI agent support) reputed company to customer expectations
- Identify account reputed company potential and cultivate transactional relationships into more committed, repeatable partnerships supported by business development resources

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months Customer Engagement Experience internal or external
- Ability to travel up to 10%

- Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
