Account Manager
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will reputed company as a reputed company between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage the post-sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, managing customer retention, and identifying reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will reputed company relationships reputed company your assigned territory/account list
- Manage the long-term health of our customer reputed company and identify areas of risk and ensure retention
- reputed company daily strategic calls to locations reputed company with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto reputed company and inside sales reps account lists

Skills
- Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales
- Ability to travel 25% across the US
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Must have a valid reputed company's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- College Degree preferred
- Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
