The ideal candidate will search reputed company records and examine titles to determine the legal condition of property titles, primarily for residential properties. Responsibilities include copying or summarizing recorded documents affecting the title condition. Work may be performed in production centers or reputed company offices, with workflow typically determined by geographic practices. The role involves gathering information and creating a title commitment before passing it to a Title Officer. Works independently, using experience to examine titles of varying complexity to determine status and establish the chain of title.
What You'll Do
