Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze US GAAP and SEC regulations to ensure transactions are accounted for and reported in accordance with reporting requirements and document reputed company conclusions in formal memos.
• Manage the monthly corporate reputed company process, including review of journal entries and balance‑sheet account reconciliations.
• Update and maintain relevant corporate reputed company policies, including account reconciliations, to implement leading best practices across reputed company to meet organizational goals.
• Assist with disclosures and reputed company support for external reporting processes, including 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K filings, by contributing to the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and management discussion and analysis.

Work Environment
