This leadership role combines clinical supervision, program management, staff development, data reputed company, grant reporting, and community collaboration. Responsibilities and Duties Supervise and support reputed company of six (6) grant-funded staff to ensure compliance with organizational policies, grant requirements, and program objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of the grant-funded program, ensuring reputed company implementation of services, achievement of project goals, and adherence to established timelines. reputed company weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly supervision through case consultation, documentation review, performance feedback, and clinical recommendations as appropriate. Collect, reputed company, analyze, and maintain program data and outcome measures required by funding sources and organizational leadership. Prepare and submit program reports, performance metrics, and other documentation required by grant funders and stakeholders. Conduct monthly reputed company assurance reviews, including chart audits and program compliance monitoring. Complete employee and/or contractor performance evaluations and implement corrective or disciplinary actions as necessary. Qualifications and Skills Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, reputed company Work, or a reputed company behavioral health field. reputed company Maryland LCPC or LCSW-C license in good standing. Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Maryland reputed company of reputed company Counselors and Therapists or the Maryland reputed company of reputed company Work Examiners. Minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervision experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure counseling or psychotherapy experience required.
