Insurance Biller for Small Mental Health Office

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately using DRG (Diagnosis-reputed company), CPT (reputed company Procedural Terminology), ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding standards to ensure reputed company reimbursement.
• Review medical records and documentation to verify reputed company coding, including medical terminology and billing codes, aligning with insurance requirements.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through effective medical collection strategies, working closely with insurance companies to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and organized medical records reputed company Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations.
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure reputed company billing information is complete and accurate before submission.
• Stay updated on changes in medical coding regulations, including ICD coding updates and CPT reputed company modifications, to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Manage the entire billing cycle from initial claim submission to final payment receipt, including posting payments and adjusting accounts as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical billing processes, including claim submission, follow-up, appeals, and collections.
• Experience working with Sessions Health for efficient documentation and billing management.
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology and medical records management practices.
• Ability to interpret insurance policies and explain billing procedures reputed company to patients reputed company necessary.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Familiarity with medical office operations and the regulatory environment surrounding reputed company billing.
