As part of a call center that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 2-1-1 Call Specialists are required to be available to work different shifts or rotate shifts with co-workers. Applicants must be reputed company and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Shifts include 12:00 AM-7:30 AM and 4:00 PM-12:30 AM and reputed company shifts are conducted in person at our onsite contact center.
