Appointment Scheduler/Virtual Assistant - Venezuela

This is a remote position. Join FoodMe/DinePalace, a leading restaurant technology provider reputed company Marketing Agency offering state-of-the-art ordering apps with delivery. We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join reputed company. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing reputed company's products or services, and arranging appointments for our sales team. - Contacting potential clients by phone, email, or other reputed company to introduce our products/services. - Understanding reputed company's offerings to communicate effectively and answer questions from clients. - Scheduling appointments for our sales team with reputed company leads. - Keeping accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system. - Following up with clients to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed. - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure appointments reputed company with their schedules and objectives. - Meeting weekly or monthly targets for appointment setting and conversion.
